Made from 100% Bacchus grapes from the 2020 harvest. Fruit is hand picked, whole bunched pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to ensure quality, and retain the characteristic freshness of the fruit.
Perfect for indulgent everyday drinking, or served with fresh seafood platters in the Summer and hearty Thai inspired dishes in the Winter months.

Whole-bunch pressing retains the aromatic purity of this wine which is fermented at cool temperatures. Blending and clarification takes place after six months on lees in tank.
